I am a big fan
"I am a big fan of HSB, so decided to check out ESB for a change. ESB is richer, darker and stronger than HSB and more of a slow pint. Very enjoyable. Great with a ploughman’s salad with some Stilton, or mature cheddar, if your not a Stilton fan. Will be ordering both ESB and HSB moving forward 🍻"

Extra special
"As a long standing fan of Fullers ales, from London Pride through the range to ESB, I always enjoy a good strong ale and find that ESB really hits the spot. I prefer to drink darker ales with a higher alcohol content and richer flavour and find that this is the perfect combination."

"I now live in the north of England. ESB can only be found in bottles. . so when I get off the train at Kings Cross my first stop is…The Parcel Yard! Rich in colour and fruity and hoppy ! And at 5. 5ABV a lovely warming kick. A proper hoppy taste of London! Thank you Fullers!"

A proper ale
"This is an amazing beer, I honestly think it my all time favourite. The blend of fruit and malt give an exquisite aroma, and the taste of caramel/toffee is a taste sensation. Definitely not a session beer, it has to be treated as a special treat to be savoured slowly"

an extra special belter!
"I have drunk Pride pretty all my life after moving to Pimlico in 1961. ESB is another favourite as is Red Fox but it is a bit stronger with really heavy notes of flavour from the brewers art of secret brewing. I tend to drink ESB with chums when I hold one of my favourite Bhuna Prawns curry evenings and of course they stay over to comply with the drink driving rules."

I love Fullers beers. ESB
"I love Fullers beers. ESB has a lovely, complex, happy bitterness in perfect balance with quality malt. I do read the labels and this one states ". . . delicate bitterness and orangey fruitcake flavour". Certainly and thankfully devoid of grapefruit flavour. It set me thinking as I drink this fine bitter that I'd like a slab of Christmas Cake as an accompaniment - I must remember to give it a try."

First time trying this exceptional
"First time trying this exceptional bitter, I had been aware of Fullers ales and thought it was about time I tried them. Wow! I wasn't disappointed very well balanced beer with a lovely malt finish and dangerously drinkable. I will definitely be trying some more Fullers beers as I was blown away with the quality of the ESB, Now I know what I've been missing all these years! Better late than never. Absolutely beautiful."

I have been drinking ESB
"I have been drinking ESB for many years mainly draught, but on my last order l ordered bottled ESB, to which l found equally as good as draught, l rate it as one of the best bottled beer Fuller’s brew and l have sampled them all over the years."

"Always been one of my favourite beers. I think it has a unique flavour unlike any other beers I’ve tasted. As a northerner it’s the only time I wish I lived down south as I’ve never seen it in a pub up north. Ah well…."
