"Took a few beers over to France for a French friend. Part of the fun is the disdain with which he usually treats them compared to the bland rubbish he calls beer. Not this. Loves it and, having tried some with him I (mostly) agree. I prefer the 1845 but this IS very good and I've bought him a few cases at his request for the next time I go."

"I've found my summertime beer! I usually prefer ales that are Amber or darker, but this is lovely. A great alternative in summertime if IPAs aren't your thing and you find lager too fizzy (as I do). This is light yet full of flavour. I tried it at room temperature but it would probably be good slightly cooled too"
