A full malty brew
"A lovely complex stout in the mouth, The first flavour that hits is roast malts, followed by a lovely earthiness from the hops. There are obviously coffee notes with mild chocolate and a little liquorice too. All these flavours are complemented by a pleasant sweetness, with hints of caramel and dark fruits, leading to a well-balanced and satisfying dry, mildly bitter finish. The hops in this contribute some great flavours and complement the rich, roasted malt character of the stout without overpowering it."

Very good stout and it
"Very good stout and it beats the big names. However, I prefer a stronger flavour more common in related drink Porter and stout can also have that or it would be 5 stars"

"An outstanding stout; rich, dark, with a lasting creamy head. A proper drink compared with a lot of the better known stouts. Once tried, you are hooked."

Great example of a stout.
"Great example of a stout. Rich and heavy. A greater ‘inbetweener’ of famous nitro stouts and my preferred London Porter"
