Wonderful beer

"I have enjoyed HSB for many years when Gales was an independent brewer and I was not disappointed when I ordered 8 bottles from Fullers. Great beer when watching sporting events or any time if it comes to that. Wonderful. 🍻👍"

Living originally in Portsmouth quite

"Living originally in Portsmouth quite near to Gales Brewery in Horndean. I have been drinking HSB for many years. How great it was that when Fullers acquired Gales Brewery they continued to make the great beer HSB - For those who don't know - HSB - "Horndean Special Bitter" and Fullers have all the best pubs!!"

Classic premium bitter

"A lovely, full-bodied, classic English premium bitter. It is really well balanced with the fruity, slightly sweet malt flavours offset by the subtle bitterness and aroma of traditional English hops. It's great that Fullers still produce it."

Bitter as it should be

"After reading all the positive reviews on HSB I wondered if it could really be that good. Wow. . . all that and better!! The mellow flavour just begs for more quaffing and served at cellar temperature it is truly superb. It is many years since I tasted such a grand pint of old fashioned bitter and I will certainly be drinking more of it in the future. A fantastic find and highly recommended"

I think that HSB is

"I think that HSB is one of the best beers going but unfortunately I didn't taste any of these ones that I ordered as they were sent to my brother in Cornwall"

HSB Review

"As Fuller's is the only version of HSB I've tasted it's an impressive bitter with a slightly fruity finish. I must admit it's one of my favourite products that Fuller's produce and I wish I could have tasted the original which was originally made by Gale's brewery."

Russell W. (5/5)

An all round robust ale!

"An all round robust ale! Great malty taste which quenches the thirst and a strong flavour which belies the strenghth of the beer. Good for get togethers or a cheeky swift one after a hard days work. This beer has soon become a family favourite."

T T. (5/5)
