Fuller's London Porter

This is the best Porter or Stout there is around in the London area and which is also easily available. In the winter it is available on tap and in the summer in bottles.
London Porter, unlike Guinness, has a depth to it which is unsurpassed for range of taste and the many layers from sharp burnt toast to creamy caramel. And it lasts right through to the final drop. A very satisfying drink. And it costs at the pub no more than a pint of Guinness and it is 10 times more rewarding. I buy mine in bottles direct from Fullers.

Back on the map

Porters boomed in the capital centuries ago, and though the style died out in the early 1900s, Fuller's London Porter put it back on the map once again. Rich, dark and classically creamy, this is a beer with reach far beyond our capital. It has won awards right across the globe and is widely regarded as the world's finest porter.
